Singh Sahab this is the first election when people are voting for economy and if shares of companies are appreciating then this is good sign for economy Indian companies will boost and value of dollar will come down money will flow in Indian economy resulting in revival of job market.जो प्रत्याशी चुनाव से कुछ दिन पहले एक पार्टी से पलटी मार कर दूसरी पार्टी में शामिल हुए हैं उनकी क्या गारंटी है कि वे चुनाव के बाद लोगों के कीमती मतों की दलाली नहीं करेंगे i
एक पार्टी विशेष के 50 से अधिक पलटीखोर प्रत्याशी इसी श्रेणी में आते हैं, मगर सुना है कि फिर भी उस पार्टी की लहर चल रही है और दलाल पथ पर उसके शेयर सबसे महँगे बिक रहे हैं i इसे भाग्य की विडम्बना कहें, देश का दुर्भाग्य कहें, या फिर लोगों की अज्ञानता मगर सत्य यही है कि हमारे देश में भेड़चाल ज्यादा है और अपने विवेक से काम लेने वालों की संख्या अभी भी काफी कम है i हैरानी तब होती है जब तथा-कथित शिक्षित और बुद्दिजीवी वर्ग के अधिकांश लोग भी मिथ्या राष्ट्रवाद, धर्मान्धता के भड़काऊ नारे और विकास के झूठे और असंभावी दावों के शिकार हो जाते हैं और राजनैतिक नाटककारों के असली स्वरूप को नहीं पहचान पाते i मेरे अपने लोकसभा हलके (भिवानी) का एक प्रत्याशी 10 साल कांग्रेस की मलाई उड़ाने के बाद कुछ दिन पहले लहर वाली पार्टी का टिकट लेने में कामयाब हो गया i इलाके के मतदाता दुविधा में हैं कि असली कौन और नकली कौन ?
Congress ne ke loga ke jhote khol liye the apne apne ghar bhare gayi log bhukhe maran lag liye aaj sab lalchi ho rahe hain sabne note chahiye agar BJP ne inke sapne poore nahi kare agle gede Modi ne ghisda denge.
Itne Sonia bhi damadji gel kime personal moment bita legi aur kuch loga ka bhi soch lenge jo aam aadmi se AAP ho gaye wo bhi atam manthan kar lenge.
Democracy ka waise sabse ghinonba roop ye hai Modi congress ne chor batawe aur Congress Modi ne hatyara aur ek Kejri apni e been bajan lag rehya hai pehle congress chor ab Modi chor roj khawe rehpate aur apne dikhaye raste ne ib vipaksh ki shajish batawe.

At least,Crime rate during Hooda Government is less than that of Choutala Government .. Particularly Jats were so unhappy with Choutala Government that they voted out him with large margin despite knowing that Congress was fighting under leadership of Bhajanlal .. Only 1 Jat MLA out of 9 MLAs in INLD tally during 2005 ..
Anti-incumbency has different meaning for different persons .. Its meaning is "Satta Virodhi Rujhan".
Though there is no strong anti-incumbency wave against Haryana Government but it is facing anti-incumbency wave of UPA government.
Some people get unhappy with Government policies and vote against them .
Some People get bored with one government and want new faces to lead government .
e.g. Jats of Jind district are unhappy with poor conditions of roads ..They want Birender Singh or Choutala to become CM.. This is anti-incumbency for them.
Thus,anti-incumbency is feeling of Change in the mind of voters .
They feel that "Chahe kitna bhi vikas kar diya ho,chahe Jat aarakshan mil gya ho ,, par hume to badlav chahiye .. "

If this RTI would have come in Choutala regime,then he would have been in Jail next day ..
Situations were so bad during Choutala regime, Appointment letter of PTI was handed over to a person who was sitting in Jail on the charges of Attempt to Murder.
I know this because Ajay Choutala was MP from Bhiwani during 1999-2004.

In addition to other statistical data, Crime rate statistics are available in yearly editions of the Haryana Statistical Abstract for the state. If you have interest and time to study them to find the rise and downfall of various crimes in the State, you can easily get its copy for reference from Library in your vicinity or District Public Relations and Information office for ready reference.

Amrender Singh, Congress nominee from Amritsar Lok Sabha seat has intensified his election campaign in the Malwa and has organised a few impressive shows where he has tried to castigate SAD-BJP government policies. He is pitted against Arun Jaitely of BJP-SAD combined nominee. The other day Dy. CM Sukhbir Singh Badal canvassed support intensively for him.
