Bouncers...and some serious Security!
...What about having some hefty bouncers (like most bars/clubs etc. everywhere mostly do) to make sure the proceeding don't get too 'happy-go-lucky'???
I mean how difficult is it to provide a safe work environment for all employees as well as even the visiting patrons!?!
Isn't it a fact that the Discotheques in the Capital seem to work ok, where women have absolutely no proble frequenting them... (sure, we are talking about women 'patrons' here; who are usually escorted by male company...and hence 'protection', and not the servers/hosts) but then even when these places have their cases of the occasional brawls they are then immediately stamped out with the help of paid bouncers (and/or security- at least the good ones have a real security available!)!
Moving on; Second to the role of the establishment, is the role of the local governance itself... to provide the licenses to the right people, and then to ensure that the right kind of locations are earmarked for the opening of such establishments (with available law enforcement in the area) to make for a healthy, safe environment. I mean rather than making excuses of the law and order situation....the govt. too needs to be proactive and provide the right environment for it's citizens' to pursue the career they want......
In short...hell! Such kinda Men are not gonna change overnight! I guess one needs to instill the right amount of fear in them to be able to then 'handle their booz', as they say!!!
It is important that when one walks into an establishment, they immediately know by default that there could be some serious consequences for playing 'funny',...and so even if it means a 'forced' sorta respect; respect it is that they still need to dish out to their servers and other hosts!
